Confused about copyright

There’s a fellow named Kevin Harris who thinks he can copyright a list of comments of Albert Einstein. Gosh, do you think the Einstein estate will have to go to this guy from now on to get permission to use the quotes?

Launa, you didn’t respond to an e-mail reply. This is a personal website, not that of a book publishing company. I would need to know what books you are talking about in order to send you to the right places.
