There are two bibliographies, one in English and one in Japanese. The Japanese requires additional leading compared to the roman type, so I adjusted the space around the head to make the pages bottom out.
Despite the absurd schedule I was able to fit in a small index in three columns. At this writing the index isn't shown because I overwrote the file (I'm working on my laptop while on press check), so I won't put an illustration up until I get back to my regular computer.
The colophon features a detail from one of the baskets.
